I'm a big fan of broccoli on the grill or under the broiler till the tips get a little crispy and the broccoli is still al dente.

Mushrooms --> mushroom risotto
Garlic --> any way I can get it.

Broccoli and Spinach. Leafy green veggies that are high in protein ftw!

I'm currently cutting and I've been having a lot of pickled onions. If you get a brand in vinegar with no added sugar then they're practically no calories (11 per 100g drained off the top of my head) and very flavourful.

Urgh, brocolli is absolutely minging!

But I still eat it because I know it's good for me!

Carrots, lettuce, cumcumber etc are what I LIKE. Pretty nutritionless I think :(

Speaking of veggies...I'm looking at vitamins,etc... in puritan pride that might be worth purchasing through their buy 2 get 3 free deal. One item is called 10-Vegetable Multi-Plex...It is listed as being freeze dried concentrates of Broccoli, Celery, Cauliflower, Yams, Cabbage, Carrots, Spinach, Brussels Sprouts, Kale, and collard greens. Those are some pretty nutritious veggies. How effective would they be in your opinion. Close to the real veggies in nutritional content? Just like them? Somewhat or nothing like veggies?

They come in 500 mg tablets. I think it might be worth a shot cause they are 90 for 12.69.......so about 450 for about 26 bucks. Seems like a pretty decent deal? Anybody use puritan's pride try this stuff?

I would put avocado, but it's a fruit. Aren't green peas a legume?

Favorite veggies are broccoli, carrots, spinach, cauliflower (cooked only).
