How did you learn to carb load?

Hey guys,

How did y'all learn to carb load? I'm interested in learning how to frequently carb load for photo shoots. I've read everything that I can get my hands on about carb loading, tried what made sense, and I haven't made any progress at it yet. Did you use trial and error or are there any coaches/consultants, books, websites, or training articles that you'd recommend to learn about this?

UD2.0 introduced me personally to the concept of carb loading and from there it was a case of trial and error to manipulate the parameters to work best for me, namely the types and amount of carbohydrates.
