so i just need a website or brief describtion of what these weight lifting techniques are, preferbaly a site so i dont need to waste any of ur time.

Dips
Barbell Rows'
Squats
Hack Squat
Straight Legged Deadlifts
Standing Calve Raises
Military Press in Rack
Standing Lateral Raises
Narrow Grip bench Press
French Press
Hammer Curls

Do some searching.. there are various threads on this..
but...
here is a great resource for learning about the different exercises for different bodyparts:

Here are the WBB programs.. start with WBB#1 for 4 months or so.. and watch your success.. then start experimenting.. changing your program for your desired results..
