Anyone know of a protein bar that is ok to take to school with me to eat while on a clean bulk, and won't really do any damage to my bodyfat levels?
Or having 2-3 bars a week not gonna make a difference?

You could make some...
I would use like oats, honey, PB and some whey. Sounds like some good bars there.

3 1/2 Cups Oats
1 1/2 Cup Powdered Non-Fat Milk
2 Eggs Whites Beaten
1/4 Cup O.J.
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 scoops chocolate whey
1/4 Natty Apple Sauce.
Mix it all together, spread it in a 9x12 baking dish. Pre-heat oven for 325 and bake till the edges are crisp. Makes 10 bars which consist of 140 calories 23 g carb 15 g protein. You can freeze them, or pack them in tupperware.
They taste pretty good, and are better then protien bars sold in stores, less sugar. I ditched the O.J. once and it still tasted pretty good.
