View Full Version : Mini-cutt= good or bad

I think this week or the next two weeks im going to be going on a mini cutt so see how easy/fast i can lose some weight so then i know when to start cutting before summer. I'll be lifting 4 out of the 5 days of the school week and doing cardio(bleacher runs/short sprints) 3 of them.

as far as my diet goes heres an example

breakfast - 5 eggs white(1 yoke), two pieces of whole wheat toast, multivitamin

midday- a banana, but this sometimes doesnt happen

lunch - two turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, 1 cup brown rice, assorted fresh fruit, veggies

PWO shake- 1 scoop ON protein, 1 banana, 2 tspns low fat choco syrup, 6-8 ice cubes, half a cup skim milk

dinner- chicken breast, steamed rice or assorted veggies

before bed - 1/2 cottage cheese

plus about a gallon of water throughout the day

any suggestions/recommendations? Any foods i should def. stay away from during my cut?
