Does anyone know the Nutritional value for Turkey Burgers, lean without much fat. Also the nutrition for Boneless, skinless and almost fat free chicken. I just started cooking on my geroge forman but I can't find the info for this stuff. Fitday does have turkey burgers, and they dont have fat free for their chicken. Any help would be appreciated.

Fitday has the info for boneless, skinless chicken, man, I eat it every day. Click on something like: "Chicken Breast, Boneless, skin not eaten, roasted, then select the option next to quantity saying something like raw, boneless, skinoff

Please reread my post, I stated that I saw that, but they dont have the 99% fat free chicken on there, maybe I can just subtract all the fat cals from it?
