I'm currently 155lbs and at about 11% bodyfat. I was wondering how many calories i should cosume to bulk up. Now I dont want to put on too much fat while bulking =>. And how could those calories break down into fat/carbs and protien?

take your body weight in kilograms thats weight in pounds divded by 2.2 and take that number and multiply it by 24, thats your basal metabolic rate. Then add 1000 calories to that. That should be a good starting point. You may need/want to add more calories if your not gaining. I know Gyno and myself lose weight at 4000 calories. And were 230-245lbs.
