Nice start man. Looks like you're doing well. Arms look ace, chest lags a bit though. Any pics of legs? Do you squat?

read the stickies and start with one of the wbb routines if you're not doing one already. you should be able to put on lean mass fairly easily.

No, I dont work my legs besides skateboarding. I think my calfs are in really good shape. I will post a picture soon but I really do weigh 155lbs. As a matter of fact, I weighed myself today and I weighed 150lbs so between 150 and 155.

Hey Garrix! I just read your profile and it says you play piano. I think that is awsome and you should teach me. I have always wanted to learn piano more than anything. I know this isnt a music forum but have you ever heard of "Something Corporate"? They are a really good band and you should check them out. I think you would like them if you like piano.

Yeah you definitely look a lot bigger than 155. You can probably gain a bunch of mass in your back and legs. So my tip would be to eat a bunch of meals every day and train your back with chin-ups and rows and your legs with squats and deadlifts. Skateboarding won't add a whole lot of mass to your legs (and your calves are only a small part of your legs, your quads/glutes/hamstrings are a much, much larger part).

You look solid though

yeah im guessing a typical "beach body workout" no offense but you probably look bigger than 150 because you have stick legs... if you carried equal mass in your lower you would probably be more like 170ish... and looks like you have zero for lats... these are not insults so dont take offense... jsut observations.. im sure high school girls think you have a "perfect" body though.. eat alot more and work your legs.. and maybe lay off the curls and do something else for back or chest instead.. maybe even some traps

You have excellent genetics. You could definitely fill out in the chest, traps, and back tho. Once you fill out in those spots and in the legs you will look sick

Thanks for all the posts guys. I know I have a lot of work to do. I am about to change my routine soon. I have been using the Total Body Workout routine. I am changing soon though. I just recently started working out shoulders and I have been doing chest by itself for the past month straight two times a week. I havent been able to work out as much lately being stuck with two jobs but I plan to get the most out of my workouts this whole month and try and take it as serious as I can. I just went through my first tub of No-Xplode and just started on my second. I also purchased Cell Mass and am going to start taking that as well. I have been trying to eat a lot right before I go to bed lately (nuts, a few protein shakes, a banana, peanut butter, etc.) to try and gain some weight. I am thinking of trying out the new Pro Complex gainer and seeing how well it does. I will take all of your advice into consideration for sure also. I appreciate all the comments. I am definately going to start doing squats and deadlifts especially since Kevin said so. I am sure whatever advice you give me has to be good man! You are huge! I will keep you all posted on the progress though. Ill let you know how all those supplements turn out as well. Thanks again!

Haha, yeah, i play. Im actually going to be giving lessons soon... but i dont know how good i am at teaching. I've heard of something corporate, dont know much about them. As far as music goes I tend to listen to a lot of avant-garde-y stuff, contemporary "classical" (the name doesnt work, really) and really far out indie music. (not indian, haha). But i like a ton of stuff.

But yeah, just learn to play. I'd totally encourage you to get some lessons and stuff that fits with what you want to do. Its time consuming to practice and you may not always enjoy it.. but you can start at any age... seriously.

But yeah, weightlifting. haha, sorry about the digression.

You're looking solid. I could be wrong, so dont take my comments to seriously, but it seems like you're chest is lagging a little bit. Your arms and shoulders are looking good. How's your back?

Do you lift at home, gainer?

I wish I looked like you. lol

By the way, are weight gainer drinks like gainer is buying recommended? I thought weight gainers were bad?

Yea, I lift at home. I have one of the guest rooms dedicated to weightlifting now. Its kinda small though so thats kinda sucky but me and my dad are planning on building a shop to put all the weights and everything in. He wants to start lifting with me which I think is really cool. I dont know why weight gainers would be considered bad. I am just really big on gaining weight right now, I would like to weigh around 170 or 180, thats my goal. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens...
Thanks for the posts
