maybe someone has already made a thread asking this question, but i was told that along with your lifting routine, you should have one day of cardio to help insure that you don't get fat and instead get lean. But what i wasn't told was how much cardio you had to do that one day? how many hours?

1 day of cardio wont make you "lean" however you should throw in a little bit of cardio AFTER your workouts. especially if on a cut. i would say inbetween 10 and 20 min. of jogging. thats my 2 cents.
