I buy store brand chicken fillets, basically chicken breasts.
The nutrition facts are:
4 oz
110 cal
1g fat
26g protein
It doesn't say raw/cooked, so I'm assuming its raw right?
What would 4 oz cooked equal?

Thats great it's actually the same facts raw, as the publix brand.
So I'm guessing 4oz just turns into 3oz.
So 4 oz is really 145 cal/33g protein...Thank you soo much, I never realized how protein dense chicken is! 4-5oz is perfect amount for a meal!

The main thing you have to worry about is if the chicken is inflated with salt water. This will make the breast look bigger, and lose a lot of size during cooking.
