Grocery List for everyman

Let's say you live in a small town where there's only a local grocery store that puts kiwi's in 'ethnic food' and a 'super' wal-mart; and it's about 45 minutes (one way!) from a wegmans.


When you go shopping, what's on your list? What do you plan on doing with the items?



I know there's already a thread, more than a year old, with the same general idea, but there's alot of stuff in there that I have no access to... so could we keep this one free of specialty foods?

Look at the stickies. What a bodybuilder eats lists everything you ask. It is not limited to only specialty foods.
