This is such a noob question, but could somebody throw these numbers out real quick--how many carbs put pound of bodyweight/day do you need when bulking, as well as total cals

Figure out your maintenance cals.

Get in at least 1g protein per pound LBM, and at least 0.5g fat per pound LBM. The rest of your cals from anything.

This is to maintain.

To bulk, increase by 10-20%, see how it works. Increase every time you stall.

To cut, decrease by 10-20%, see how it works. Decrease every time you stall.

In either case, make sure you get in at least the minimums as stated for protein and fat.
