Well...hows this...
worked out today...back and chest...
on the Four Day split, thanks to BUILT...althought didnt get to work out with her today.
So goes the antics of being a female, pms, bloated, and sipping creatine with protien shake during my workout...i cant wait for it to finishs, and I can see some results, VS-being like a little blow fish in the gym...
And trying to have the overdrive craving for food simmer. Since the begining of my workout with BUILT about 4 weeks ago now, I have not only increased my weights being lifted, but have also seen the spike in my hunger...MUST get more diligent about tracking my food on FIT DAY...
