6'1" 198 lbs, and trying to get to 210 or so. I have recently stopped taking creatine, and whey protein, because I was in two car accidents and am forced to purchase another vehicle.

I'm 17 years old, my bench was 260 a few months ago, but I stopped lifting altogether because of school and work. I do 200 pushups every night before I go to bed. I cycle to work and back, and I do weighted situps, inclined pushups, and of course have my fair share of activities with my girlfriend.

Yeah, I have a weight set downstairs, but recently have not had the time to use it. I'm a full-time student, I work 25 hours a week, and after work I'm at my womans house. That's why I do 100-200 pushups each night. Plus, I ride my bicycle everywhere. I know i'm a little chubby, but I like having a little flab here and there. Nothing wrong with it.

Just curious, but what do you think doing pushups is going to do for you?

To be honest, doing pushups will help you do more pushups. That's about it, though.

It allows me to exercise, do somethign while i'm bored and I only do them to strengthen muscles that I would normally not strengthen doing a bench press.

When I weightlift I only do squats, deadlifts and the bench press.

Not bad, like they said above you would probably make much bigger advances if you went to a gym. But your looking good!

Well, right now I weight 220 lbs, and I am in a Strength Training class at school for semester. As of right now my bench was at 205 for reps, 400 on my squat, and we never did deadlift.

I know very few people who can squat 400, which includes a lot of pretty big guys who work out on a regular basis. I mean, that 4PPS. That's a lot of weight. I'm not saying it's not possible that you can squat 400, especially since you may have some pretty big legs that you aren't showing, but squatting 400 at the age of 17 when you don't work out consistently or focus much on your legs (from what you have told us in this thread) is somewhat hard to imagine...

Ummm... yeah.

'Cause this guy (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?p=1291086#post1291086) is doing 335 for reps on the squat. That's not to say it's not possible you could be squatting 400, but you may want to look at the bar next time you squat and report back exactly how much weight is on the bar.

Sorry, I meant a leg press of 400, and a squat of 265. My bad. Also, my friend can squat 465 and he is 18.
