Nice progess man. You look just as lean and you've put on 20lbs. You could have probably gained more in 9 months, but you may have added more fat. Good work all together.

You could have gained faster, but you gained almost no body fat... pick your poision. Do you wana gain 50-60lbs next bulk and have to cut afterwards or gain 20-25 more and have it be clean weight gain???

With your body type, excellent gains! Barely any fat added, almost pure muscle. Keep up the good work buddy!

Amazing progess. Your pix really show how much work you've put into developing a defined body that totally rocks. You're destined to be great in the near future.

Yeah, really big progress!

How tall are you? You're pretty big for 150lbs so are you fairly short? Either that or your legs are tiny?

Not trying to discredit your progess but you look a big 150lb IMO

I have very broad shoulders, which makes me look big from the front. Thickness is very difficult for me to add, from the front and back of course. My legs are well in proportion with my upper body as well..

Btw, what does IMO mean

My thread is back... cool. Everything is going great. I took training easy for the past while, but I'm on a nice long bulk these days and training hard.

Yah Yah, are you just beginning?

Yah I am. i gained 4-5 lbs this week (just started last week). Im suprised, i was expecting 1-2lbs. Maybe you gain more off the bat and then slow down? Anyways, You are an inspiration to me. Hope I do as well as you have.

Thank you man, that means a lot to me. If you eat big, and train hard on a cosistent basis, you give your body no choice but to make gains. You'll notice that you'll make great gains for atleast a few months, and then it slows down. Those pics of mine were taken when the "noobie" gains stopped for me, and it has been a hell of a lot harder to gain weight since then.

If you have any questions feel free to send me a private msg. And keep reading, there is a tonne of good info and discussions that have taken place on these boards.

I'm just posting an updated pic from a few months ago @ 160lbs. I gain slow because I'm hardly consistent, due to University and work. But, I do what I can. I also never cut, just bulk at enough calories to maintain a low bf%. I wish I could dedicate more time into my training. I absolutely love when I'm focused.
