View Full Version : My Diet, Critiques Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone. I'm a 21-year-old student at the University of Georgia. A friend told me about this site, and so I thought I'd join. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on my diet. I'm currently cutting.

Height: A towering 5'6''
Weight: 149lbs.

7:30AM: Two scoops of low-carb protein powder, cup of skim milk, cup of strawberries, and some fish oil

10:30AM: Egg whites, turkey, tomatoes, and onions all cooked in olive oil

1:30PM: Chicken breast with green peppers and an apple

4:30PM: Some slices of turkey, broccoli, and some carrots


Immediately after I workout I drink a glass of chocolate milk

Two hours after that I usually eat a turkey/ham sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions

And don't worry, I'll start using that fitday thing. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Looking decent in the actual foods, but why not go to www.fitday.com and enter it all up :P

Post the total calories, carbs, protein and fat here for better feedback.

Your post-workout meals looks lacking though. That would be a good time for another protein shake or a larger meal... I don't know if a glass of choc milk is sufficient. Alternatively you could bump your turkey sandwich forwards and eat it after your workout.
