Hey Guys,

This is my first post (of many). I really like what u have going on here. I have a few questions about my bulking diet. I am currently 5/9,165 lbs and have
9% BF. Here is what it look like:

Meal 1 (6am) Then back to bed.

Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer Shake (sometimes w/ milk or orange juice)

Meal 2 (9am)

8 egg whites
2 yolks
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 Orange
1 Multivitamin

Meal 3 (12pm)

1 Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer Shake (As soon as i get home..15 min away)
1 Serving Of Twin Lab Ultra Fuel (Imediatley after at Gym)
1 Teasoon Flax Oil

Meal 4 (3pm)

1/2 Serving Of Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer

Meal 5 (6pm) Break at Work

Steak OR Chicken
Potatoes Rice

Meal 6 (9:45pm) Break At Work

2- Cans Of tuna
2- Slices Of Whole Wheat Bread or Egg Noodles

Meal 7 11:30 (if hungry)

1/2 Serving Of Ultimate Nutrition Weightgainer
1 Teaspoon Of Flax Oil

All this Adds Up to the following:

Protein: 250g -300g

Carbs: 350g- 400g

Fat: 30g - 50g

Calories 2670- 3250


Well, there it is. hat do u guys think of it. Do u think it is appropriate for me. I gaon musle quite easily. I was 220lbs but have just spent the last two years fighting a pain killer addiction (what a watse). I feel energized and ready to start my training. Any suggestions would be great. Do u like the use of the Flax Oil? Thanks!

Oh and Yes, I eat the SAME THING every day. It does not bother me in the least. I eat to live not live to eat! :thumbup:

i think you may need more cals than 3250 or you will after a couple of weeks and double and more fat id say

Thanks for the replies. The breakdown of my diet looks like this:

Protein 250g-300g 38%

Carbs 350g-400g 50%

Fat 30g - 40g 12%

Caloires: 2670 - 3160 Cal

U guys are very right, i guess i need to add some more "real" food instead of so many Weightgainer shakes. I will add a meal in the afterneoon in stead of the shake. I am going to use this diet until i get up to about 180lbs or so. Then i will have to add a little more to each meal to get it up to about 3500-3700 cal. Any suggestion? What kind of meal do u like for me to put in there?

Thats preference at the end of the day its all the same i bulked on shakes alone and gained over 2 stone 28 pound. What meal you have is personal preference. in my opinion the only thing that really matters to a point is the breakdown of everything at the end of the day. obviously not all fast food.
