Weight: 163 lbs.

Well...I hit the wall or something today. It was a complete waste of time in teh gym tonight. I dont know what it was? I ate fine today. I think maybe it was doing BB Curls after the Low Rows. I usually go Low Row, then BB Row. But whatever it was, I just didnt have it in me tonight.

It could be that I have a paper due tomorrow, and I need to write it tonight. I cant wait until May 20 when I walk across that stage!

1. Low Row: 150x8, 150x8, 160x8

2. BB Curl: 65x8, 75x6, 75x6

3. BB Row: 145x4, 135x4, n/a....Yep hit the wall?!

4. Cable Curl: n/a

I got my losses and headed home to work on my paper.

Eh, whenever I don't have 'it' in the gym, I just think of it as a maintenance day. You may not get any stronger from doing that, but you're definitely not going to lose if you pull a little weight around.

Well the day off helped a little bit. Had a much better day in the gym. I forgot my shoes though! So I did my workout without any shoes...

1. DB Lunge: 60x8, 60x8, 60x8, 60x8

2. Leg Press: 380x8, 400x8, 410x8

3. Leg Curl: 110x8, 120x8, 120x8

McIrish: Thanks. I dont know about squats. Im pretty happy about the leg presses. I think my shoulder is strong enough now...Ill consider the option.

March 30, 2006 Shoulder Day

Weight: 163 lbs.

Music: Cleveland Indians Baseball: Indians vs. Tigers

It was a perfect day. Sunny, 68 degrees, not a cloud in the sky! A perfect day in Ohio. I even skipped my last class, just because it was so nice out. The gym wasnt so bad either. Making progress on the shoulder lifts. So my clavicle hasnt snapped yet.

There was this fine MILF at the gym tonight. I think Ive mentioned her before. She is well endowed, and I think they are "enhanced". Dark hair, blue/green eyes (I think Im afraid to make eye contact she might find out Im a creep). But she was doing some kind of shoulder press w/ DBs, while we were doing Lats. So she was hot. Hot. Hot. Hot. She was really getting into them too....Ill stop now. :D

1. DB Shrug: 65x8, 70x8, 70x8

2. Military Press: 65x8, 75x7, 85x4

3. DB Front Raise: 15x8, 15x8, 20x8

Oh yeah hot cousin! We had a great time last night...and if I could be as fearless as I was with this chick Id be set. I mean she's seriously one of the top 5 hottest women Ive ever met. Incredibly nice person too.

For some reason I have no fear around her. I just talk and dance with her like its natural, and we had a great time. All my good friends were out, the Jack/Guinness were flowing (just a little bit).

I think I danced more last night than all the times in the last 2-3 months. Best thing was that the ho who stalled me before was there too. Seeing the hot blonde girl with me! :D So she had to come over and see what was down. She is what my brotha from a notha motha, Jay, calls a "chickenhead"

But she isnt important. The thing is that I danced with this chick and she had a great time (atleast I think). She was all flirty and awsome. Even got a few kisses (nothin major though) throughout the night.

I didnt roll in until like 3:30am...and I didnt got my morning class. :D But shes very cool and hot. Too bad she goes to a different school. I guess thats what helped my attitude a little...w00t!

Not much time to write tonight...I have to study for an exam in the morning. Also have a small paper due, and a big 12 pager by the end of the week!

Going to the Indians home opener on Friday. Happy to see they sh*t the bed against the White Sox last night. Gawd I hate Jim Thome!

Oh I do need to write about this...the hot HOT MILF with the fake rack was in the gym tonight. She was doing abs, and the same time we were doing abs. She was on the "ab ball"...you know the one. So shed be doing crunches on it...and then stop and lay ALLLLLLLLL the way back! I couldnt help but look...OH MAN!

My legs are feeling it this morning...I think it was from doing a little dancing after leg day, last night. Dancing was ok, I danced with this one girl and it was dancing with the freakin tin man. I couldnt stand it! That ruined the night for me. :D Anyhow...I felt strong on the leg press. I had 4 100lb plates up on teh rack! I felt strong!

Gained half inch on my arms...and two inches on my legs since the last measurements....Yikes!

Well the day wasnt too miserable...I did have a horrible day benching. I dont know what it was, but I completely bombed out. Like the back day a week or two ago. Maybe I need a whole week off? I dont think I could do it. Id feel so small by day three Id go nuts. Any suggestions?

School is still pounding me, and I promise to type more entertaining material once Im done and graduated (if anyone cares! :D )
