Is there anything can do to avoid or decline the intense pain I feel when doing shoulders/bi's?

Like someone is injecting pure acid into my shoulders. I know pain believe and ahve a good threshold. I have to rest a certain way preparing for next set. 1-10 I would say 8

Well, this necessitates the question of what does your routine for shoulders look like?

Aint' no pussy Grrrrrr.... This is a problem I have in general doing shoulders.
Routine is:
Side DB Raises
Ez Curl
Arnold Press
Close Grip Tri
Push Downs
Seated Curls

How many sets are you doing? And are you sure it's lactic acid?

If it is lactic acid then you need to calm down.

Arnold Press
Close Grip Tri
Ez Curl
Side DB Raises
Push Downs
Seated CurlsNot that it matters much and not that the routine is up for critique, but I'd suggest switching the exercise order to that above.

As for the burn, I know what you mean. If I'm working in the 15 rep range for 3-4 sets on side or front raises, it's feels like my delts are giving birth or something. You just gotta push through it man.

Arnold had some famous phrase besides "hasta la vista, baby"?

"No pain, no gain."

"The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens."
