Haha ya, the room, my little cousins stayed the night last night and they get OFF! Didn't realize it was that bad, so embarrassing. Thanks for the quad comments, very uplifting! I have NO calves, thats why I didn't post em...yea deeder, I also shave my underarms and wear those girly lotions you get at places like bath and body works. Thanks for comments all!

Not to be a troll, but I'd suggest gaining about 30-50 pounds. Just trying to offer some advice instead of saying, "Damn dude! You look ripped! Good job!"

Your back looks decent, though.

look good. i would say do a bulk, but 30-50 is alot, i wouldnt go that high on my first bulk because you are pretty lean wouldnt want to lose that.....post some stats

You have a good model like build if that is what you are going for. Throw in a little bit of fat loss and tanning and you will be ace if that is your goal. By the way, sick quads

You guys are all the bomb, thanks for the encouragement. Far as stats, I'm just a skinny guy, 146 pounds at 69 inches. I am 11 pounds into a bulk at this point, it was 15 but I got a head cold and lost 9 then put back on 5. Ya so I'm deff. w/ u guys on the whole bulk thing. I'm doing it slow tho, not for fear of fat, its just when you do it fast, cals creep up WAYYY too fast, before you know it your forced to eat 6000 cals in one day. Anyways, thanks everyone for posting!
