No gym membership or thep ast 6 weeks due to being home from school. Diet was poor. No excuses anymore. Started school today. Semester lasts 16 weeks lets see how far I can get by the time i get off for summer break. My goals will be simple so I dont get discouraged, Get stronger and look better. I dont want to be lean and cut. I want that sexy Brawl look. :bow: . I came to the conclusion that I neglected a few things the last time around. I will be pounding the living **** out of my shoulders and Back. Im still trying to figure out an optimal Diet for the next 16 weeks. Any help in this department would be much appreciated. (keep in mind im on a meal plan on campus). Im shooting for balls to the wall intensity in my workouts and the cleanest diet I can get. Right now Im at a sexy 265lbs. I dont have a scale at school so weigh ins will be done at home every weekend. Its on :whip:

crap out of energy. Very sad, It could be the lack of sleep and first AM workout.. EVER but endurance is completely gone. I remember pumping out 50+ set workouts during UD2.0 during the summer. This was disapointing to say the least

ofcoarse, but this "phase" is 16 weeks. Bally's has a summer thing for college students. Something along the lines of June-august for 120 bucks.

Soreness = bliss. Im feeling yesterdays workout right now. Today = cardio. Tomorrow = chest or legs, not 100% sure yet. Diet has been good at about 2200 cals a day and drinking tons of water.

Jogged a 1.5 mile's today. I really need to do this more often. Only bad thing was the cold air kicking me in the back of the throat. Diet was good. Had Eggs and some ham for breakfast. Lunch was a roast bea on whole wheat sandwhich. Dinner = Steak

raawr, Im home for the weekend, no gym here for me. Did chest on thursday, didnt have my notebook so i dont have the numbers but it was weaksauce. Hitting Back on monday hopefully Ill see some improvement over last week. weight in was at 263.5. Diet has been good so far cals at about 2200-2500 a day.

If your not really cutting down wouldnt it be a better idea to be closer to maintanence for a long period and let the weight drop off slowly as you get stronger. surely at 265 pounds you well below maintanence .

just a thought tho mate good luck with the plan ill be keeping tabs on your journal to see the progress
