Thanks ALN for helping me go from a 300+lb fatass to a cut hot piece of ass. Hit two new PRs this week. Lifts are going up as the fat is peeling off. Shirt is pimp too.

6'2" no idea on weight. Haven't weighed myself since August. I told myself I'm going to cut till I'm where I want to be body wise. I would guess I'm around 190. I'm definately as lean as I've ever been. Never bulked in my life since I was a fatty, so I'm scared of it. Since I've been lifting all I've done is lose weight. I would be interested to see what happens when I actually eat.

wow! I know it is hard to go back, but I would very much like to see a before pic. You look great now and I am totally stoked for you. I know exactly how you feel and it is the greatest feeling in the world. I too am a "former fatass"... unfortunately, I waited till I was 40 years to do something about it. I went from 400 to my current weight of 220.
