Ok, I realize it hasn't been too long since I posted up some pics, but right now I need some advice. I think my bf has gone up a considerable bit, and I want to stay as lean as possible for sports (competetive soccer.....). Should I continue to bulk, or should I start to cut around the mid or end of feb? Thanks for the help guys. Btw.....first pic is flexed, second and third are relaxed. I'm 5'11" @ 160 pounds. Also, could someone give me a bf % estimate?

8-10% BF... Don't even think about a cut... Eat... Especially if you are playing competitive soccer!

lol, ok guys, thanks. i just dont wanna get weighed down too much with excess weight. I guess I'll just keep bulking then since I like my food :D

Wow, your serious too. I sorta thought like that for a while, but I soon got over it. All the muscle your gaining is gonna offset the extra weight your carrying. If anything you should be faster for soccer season.

You don't even look close to 160 either, and your not even 6' so it's not because of height. Man, where do you put it?

thanks man, i appreciate it! yeah, i'm still bulking, everybody says bulk, so i think i'll shoot for 175-180 by summer time.

lmao, thats a bit bigger than i want to be for soccer. I want to end up being a very lean 185-190. Maybe when I'm done with soccer, then I'll get up that high :evillaugh
