ive decided to put on some pounds this year.
this will be for more mass than strength.
my goal is to gain 30 lbs of lean meat
ive increased my caloric intake by 500
i find this puts on alot of mass, especially that morning buffness...

current weight 130
goal 160

i got sick and it hampered alot of my progress
im not consered about weight, its all about the growth here

weak points :legs in general but easily ovecomed,
obliques, shoulders, arms forearms

(dont worry it aint that bad)

here is the first installment, i will be aiming for a 8rep range

piss poor on these i havent done them in a while being that i felt i didnt need much independant work for it, my tri's are strong, the main problem was mind-muscle connection

ive added incline front raises to help the bottom part of the presses, my weaker link in it, that part always goes out first

[i've only squated 2wice ever, once today, and once a month ago, so cut me slack, my legs have atropied a bit from lack of work. the first set was hard my quads wouldnt fire, but in the second set was ace, it fired like crazy i exploded upwards even]

Calve press im not sure what the blue hell the numbers are, there are 2 sets of numbers, ill go with what it says from one side and progress accordingly

Clave presses 320 360 not haveing to balance a db makes alot of calve focus possible, these are gonna get ace

i might do a super lite leg ext set to increase nerological connection to my quads next workout.
i only did 1 set of STLD cuz i was on a superb time budget and b/c my quads didnt fire on the first set of squats my hams and glutes got alot of work from it :)

What are you stats? You seem to have a pretty strong upper body for 130 lbs. That seems to be me weakness. Just can't get the upper body up there with my legs.

im strong just plain overall, my legs just havent gotten worked so i lost conncection but its stil strong, next 2 weeks i should be squating my true potential, which i've never had the oppurtunity to see.

i didnt check my measurements all over but here are some
im 5'7" (aiming for 5'8" i hope)
130s lbs (recently on the much lighter side of 130)
low BF % (calculated eye: 6-8%)
arms 14"
waist 24"
calves 13"
and the rest i forgot

joking about that ! Where do you buy your pants, man?? :)

so I guess that you would actually look quite built for your size even though you are only 130 lbs?

its been a while...
my bench calapsed on me and so that just fucked up my life

i had to go buy a new one, then i had to hook it all up...yeash that pissed me the hell off! :mad:
anyways my new bench is SUPER ACE
its got dips apparatus, i can unrack incline bench w/ out a spotter now, i may, i hope i can do even squats on this baby.
the preacher curl pad i can use for str8 back support on militaries.

im happy with this purchase :)

my progressed got fucked up cuz i went to my friends gym and i could only do part of my routine, so the subsitutions is confusing my muscles a bit...:(
but that ended today cuz i finally got it up :-)
i couldnt do weighted BW exercises and the pull down machine was mad ghuetto, i would fly up cuz there was no knee presser...
