Would there be any foreseeable problems with transitioning immediately from a high carb., high cal. bulk to a low carb., low cal. cut? Or should I transition gradually?

It depends on the type of cut. Lyle would recommend an immediate switch in the case of UD2.0 to take full advantage of the big drop in calories. However in that instance the resulting drop in metabolism is mitigated by the fact you're on a cyclical diet.

Do it gradually, or you'll likely lose a lot of strength in a small amount of time.

COuld the same be said about bulk? From maintance to Bulk Calories gradually increase them per week or jump up 500 calories till gains stop and increase another 2-300 calories?
