Try to keep the drinking under control, too. Good luck!

You have great potential.
Eat properly and slow down on the drinking.

The effects of drinking have been discussed many times. Just do a search for it and you'll find a lot of info.
And yes, a drink once in a while is ok, just dont go overboard.

It looks like you have a great genetic structure. You should look great after adding about 20 lbs, if that's on your list of goals.

i dont realy do shoulders.. should prolly do that huh :)
for the most part i do chest, biceps, triceps (my old workout), and since I play ultimate frisbee 3 times a week.. i try to avoid leg work outs because it seems like i wont be able to run 100% at games/practices if i do.
btw, whats a good shoulder excercise?

I train at a provincial level for waterpolo 3 times a week right now, should I stop doing upper body because I won't be able to swim 100%? Oh wait, I guess I should avoid legs too because then I won't be able to tread water 100%.... **** guys... I guess I won't be around these forums anymore, I can't lift weights... :(
