It looks like you've got a nice wide frame to work with, which is a definite plus. Keep working out and dieting and you'll be sure to see some nice gains before you know it.

Always keep these photos. They're great to look back at after some time has passed and see how far you've progressed. Good luck.

Keep with it man. At 15 and with the right advice you could make some impressive gains within months and the years following. As Tim suggested keep the pics to show how far you have come...
Good luck and hang around the boards for nutritional and lifting tips.

I'm going to be completely honest here, as I have found people on this forum tend to be giving out too much "you look great" "you'll be huge in no time" etc.

You have a long road ahead of you. The good news is you are 15, and let me tell you that is great news. I wish dearly that I would have been interested in lifting at your age. The first and foremost thing you need to do is read on this forum and search. Take up all the information you can. Read BCC's first journal. And then you need to commit to bodybuilding, it's tough becuase it's not like any other sport out there where when you leave the practice field it's over. Bodybuilding is 24/7.

Good luck, and if you ever have any questions don't hesitate to PM me, or any other knowledgable people on this forum, I have found everyone here to be extremely helpful

One thing that will definately help is to work on your posture. Stop slouching and you will look much better.

Other than that listen to the other people's advice.

Exactly what I was going to say...yeah just ask if you can't find it anywhere else, MOST people are helpful...

stay away from heavy squat lifting till u get 17-18

Why is that?
I started squatting when I was 16, and am currently 6'1"
You have a legitimate reason for your statement, or is it just because you were too lazy to squat as a teenager?

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT squat if the bar is resting on your bacne. I made the mistake of doing that for 6 months and now I have some scar tissue :(

I have found that deadlifts and lifting in general has done wonders for my posture. I would guess I had a very weak back before I started to lift, and as a result I would slouch over. So I would say that back work should be one of your biggest priorities right now.

You are not that chubby, and great job starting at such a young age. You get what you put in when it comes to bodybuilding. Hit the weights hard and watch the diet and you'll get the results you want

Gotta be honest here guys. Dude, you basically look like crap. BTW stay away from the squats, cause you might end up busting all those pimples on you back and shoulders. Keep training hard and you might have a decent build done day, but not any day soon.

OK LISTEN. My posture was like that because I was just leaning over trying to get all my fat out lol. I can stand straight if I want. I don't walk around school standing straight up, because then your walkinga round like your a hardass.

standing up straight isnt for hardasses. i used to slouch hella, but now i don't. apparently if you slouch too much, it will ruin your back. besides i feel hella better when i dont slouch. i would not recommend slouching.

Damn right its about the 'hardass' walk. lol no way bro its just praticing good form while walking? Remeber form...in everything. That seems to be the answer to many questions.
