well im getting ready to buy a squat suit iv used a champion suit and a z-suit and decided its time to take it up to a really good suit. Here soon and figured id get the best results out of a hardcore. But my ? is what size i know it says
84-97 lbs 26
97-110 lbs 27
110-123 lbs 28
123-138 lbs 29
138-158 lbs 30
going by this id get a size 30. But i was wundering if i should go with a 29 im about 150lbs and 5'8, and have allwas heard a good suit will leave nice marks and bruises and wasnt sure how they fitted theres any advice?

I'd stick with their chart. I did, and it took me an hour to get my suit on the first time I tried, and I never did get the straps up.

Are you going to have help w. your suit at all? Do you plan to wear it only in meets? Do you plan on gaining or losing weight? Do you like a really tight suit?

I have a Hardcore. I like it. I weigh about 200 and I bought a size 33 which, according to the chart is a size 34 (but not by much). I need suit slippers, but I can get the suit bottoms on myself. I need help or use j-hooks to get the straps up.

158-170 lbs 31
170-185 lbs 32
185-195 lbs 33
195-210 lbs 34

You are smack dab in the middle of the weightclass. I'd say look at the questions I asked you and then decide. The straps on the Hardcore are a little more forgiving than the Champion - the leg openings are NOT.

what suit was it?
A Champion.

Sensei is right - the straps are not forgiving. I'm tall for my weight class, so the standard size straps were probably too short.
