http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=KarateBoy2k3&Year=2006&Month=0&Day=26

I'm about 155 lbs and somwhere between 5'11'' and 6'0''

Eating 3000 or so calories a day for 2 weeks made my gain 1-2lbs.

I want 5-8 lbs in the next 5-6 weeks.

Also, this is an issue.

Total: 3966
Fat: 1098
Saturated: 412
Polyunsat: 129
Monounsat: 465
Carbohydrates: 1708
Protein: 721
Alcohol: 0

1098+1708+721 = 3527...where is the other 439?

Fat is good. Eat it. Except I would go for healthy fats, not bacon and sausage. Olive oil, fish oil, nuts, etc.

I meant saturated fat. I'm taking in an unattrative amount of that, I think.

Any input on my 2nd question?

Fitday is great, but it ain't god. It's mathematics can be a tad dodge at times.

lol.

What other forum?
If I were to take control of that diet, I would ditch the salami, bacon and dogs, and replace with leaner, unprocessed meats like chicken or beef.

Total and bagel would be replaced with oats.

But, in reality, if you've satisfied your protein and fat requirements, getting bigger and stronger every week, who ****ing cares??

What's wrong with total and bagels?
