your a big dude! Looking good by the way, I think you could hit 210, and then cut down to a lean 190 and look awesome.

dont take this the wrong way but you could stand to lose some fat. Unless you dont bulk cleanly and like to cut afterwards. Either way nice progress.

Be careful man. Not to deter you or anything, but I was headed in your direction not too long ago with something near that bf%, it didn't turn out well when I reached 200+ lbs. Good luck though man, 200 lbs is like a special number in the bulking race

to be honest you about the same as you did in the last picture thread you made.. maybe reevaluate the way youre incrementing weights and overload.

To be honest, you're wrong. The 10lbs is obvious in my calves, legs, back, and delts.

You can't gain alot of muscle without gaining fat, I've come to accept that. But I understand what you all mean, I'll try to clean up my diet a bit so I won't be a 200lb tub of lard :D. Thanks for the props/advice guys!

I think you need to take a serious look at your diet and clean things up. If you let things get too out of control, you could really lose a ton of muscle trying to cut that fat off later. Just some advice based on my own personal experience.

Frankly I say looking good, its called a bulk for a reason! Your looking big but not overly massive to a point where I would be suggesting you start a cut. Im going to agree with all the other folks who say keep going till 200 and then see how it is. You should post pix again one you hit it so everyone can give you their opinion.

I do feel pretty comfortable with my bodyfat right now, so I'll continue pushing my weight up till 200lbs. I want to eat a bit cleaner to minimize fat gain, and I'm switching to a volume based program(EDT) which should help keep my gains mainly lean mass. I'll definately post pics at 200 to let ya'll see the results.

Ok, well your looking pretty sloppy at that weight. I would suggest cutting now. Forget about 200. Judging by your current body composition the extra 7 pounds would just be fat. No vascularity, no cuts or even much shape to your muscles. Just being honest, take it how you will.

Oh NO! No vascularity? No cuts?! What will I do! :D

By the way, current body composition has pretty much nothing to do with the effects of my training over the next month or so... thanks for being honest though.
