hey people i been lifting for neally 2 years.. i want to get ripped. then i want to get big.. i only have crappy web cam pics, i train 1 body part a day and i try and eat lots but i dont get big easy. should i do some cardio? and how much.. what do u think my body fat% i used to be about 202 at 10% but i got sick and thinner.. what would be a good routine for me.. thanks

pics are horrible... get some pics with good lighting... either way you look pretty lean... you jsut have to decide if you want to get bigger or get leaner..... if i were you i would bulk... yeah you will get fatter... and yeah you wont be able to send pics to high school girls on myspace but it will pay off in the end.. i would try to put on atleast 25-30lbs then cut.. it will be worth it in the end

as for bf.... cant tell in pics like that... and how are you legs?

Dude. Do tons of cruches and high rep DB curls. Also, tripec kicklebacks for HYUGE arms and ripped abs. Good luck man. Somedayy one of us will get there.

upper body looks great, how are the legs?what do you eat? my legs are skinny i need to train them harder.. i eat lots of tuna, chicken, beef, vegetables, fruit, and lots of milk.

mm, don't give away our secrets bro. you need to bulk and if you're not working your legs go ahead and do that too. try one of the wbb routines.

If you're only 190 then you must have no legs. Whatever, to each his own. If you want to get big then eat more. If you want to get "ripped" then eat less.

it seems hard.. if i eat more i dont gain easy.. if i keep my stomach filled with food i get a belly.. when i eat less i get thin.

Your lats look lagging in my opinion when you do your front pose theirs no v tapering. Do some research instead of just saying i want to get big or i want to get lean. You are built very wel for some1 who comes across as not knowing allot. So you obviously either have great genetics or you know more than your making out either way id say definatly bulk as you obviously have potential. Work your legs and do deadlifts

Dude ya look good, I think you have the look ya want, which is muscular but lean. Like people said, if ya want to get bigger eat more, but the abs will inevitably suffer, which imo seems what you dont want.

I would say 7-8% bodyfat.

Your upperbody looks great, even your back and lats look good. I would just keep up with whatever you're doing but start hitting your legs heavy and properly. Eat more of what you're already eating in order to add more quality mass.

Look ripped to me already. Focus on getting bigger now if that's your goal.

You're already ripped. I'd say do a nice clean bulk. Track your calorie intake on fitday.com for about a week, and then go up anohter 500 cals. fat=0.5g/LBM and proteins 1-1.5g/LBM. (From built, not me). Just make sure you keep eating. dont be afraid of food my son. EAT!! :)

Who cares how big someone's upper body is if they have 20 inch legs? Just another gym rat.

I'm not taking anything away from the initial poster, but people need to start being more critical. It's like complimenting people for curling in the squat rack because they have huge guns.

Squat some heavy ass weight for a few months and throw in some dumbbell snatches also. That'll help.

yeah it sucks my legs are going to snap off soon.. would u recomend doing legs once or twice a week? is there somthing i can do instead of squats?

I wish! All of my numbers are in lbs, it seems to be the universal currency around here. So my max is a wimpy 82kg.

thanks all who reply'd.. im going to make my legs grow now.. should i train them once a week or twice.. i find if i only do them once they get really sore.. if twice the paint aint to bad.. cheerz..

Good to hear bro :)

Go one time per week, choose one main exercise e.g. squat or leg press, the go with a deadlift (straight legged) + a calve raise.

a Couple of hard sets on each, then stretch the hell out of your quads and hams and calves. If they are still sore the following days, stretch them some more.

The most important thing to remember is increase your weights in good form, with a calorie surplus and you cant go wrong.

Looking really good man. I'd agree with everyone else and advise you to start squatting and hitting your legs pretty hard. Your back looks good but try thickening it out maybe add heavy sets of T Bar rows into your workout.

And the abs, I gotta say it man, I'd kill for that kind of symmetry. I'm in the best shape of my life at the moment but I'm still discouraged about my assymetrical abs. Nothing I can do in the gym about it since its just my anatomy and genetics.

Dude, you look pretty lean. You have more of a beach volleyball or surfer build....ie long muscles. Judging by your build, I seriously think you'll need to juice if you really want to put some size on. Natural won't be giving you much more size with the way your muscles are shaped.

3) Work your legs - if you don't, you'll contact ebola, and you don't want that.
3a) Around here, BIG ASS =/= FAT ASS. BIG ASS = GOOD.
