I'm bulking and I have a gap of time in my day (mon - fri) where I can't eat for like 6 hours. So, this is what I do...
I eat around 2000 calories in the mourning(6:00 - 7:00); milk, protein bar, eggs + egg whites, bagel, oatmeal, peanut butter.
Then when I get home (2:30) I eat 1000 calories; protein shake + milk, oatmeal or rice, peanut butter, meat.
Then I work out about an hour or so later, sometimes I have an oatmeal bar right before working out. Then post work out I eat another 1000 calories; protein shake, egg whites, fruit (2 - 3 bananas usually), meat and vegies. Then right before bed I have a glass of milk and some glutamine.
On the weekends I eat 6 - 7 meal consisting of the same kinds of food at about 3500 calories.
Should I eat more / less in the mourning or at night?
