Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 5g creatin, 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 1 apple
Meal 3: 1 Protein Shake, 1 banana raw
Meal 4: 1 Tuna sandwich
Meal 5: 1 cup of peanuts
Meal 6: 1 potato
Meal 7: 2 skinless chicken breast
Meal 8: 2 tablespoon olive oil, two cups yogurt

Calories:3125 Fat:119 Carbs:283 Protien:248

I just started using fitday. I never really been on strict diet just sort of eat whatever and lifted but been stationary for awhile. So im going to try to control my diet and stick to the same thing every day. So how does this look. Im 5'8 167 right now. I dont eat near those calories now. So i firgured i would try those then adjust according.

Havent started it yet was going to start tomorrow and go from there. Was just wanting yalls advice on if i needed to change anything

wow for that many calories that really doesn't look like that much food

I punch all the numbers in fitday under the custom foods and thats what it came up with i was thinking the same thing.

5 egg whites isn't that many cals. Thats how many I eat and I'm cutting. Also I would add natty pb.

I made some changes already wasnt feeling full off of this so i add some more there is a break down on fitdayToday's Foods

why are you eating some protein only meals, and some carb only meals? That diet makes no sense. Eat you potato with your chicken breats and add some green veggies. Eat your apple with your breakfast. Drop the peanuts and eat some almonds with your tuna sand. Drop the yogurt and eat cottage cheese. When during the day do you workout?

Im just learning at this taking yall suggestions i made some changing and also after doing some research and reading on the forum. Does this look any better.

6:00 Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 5g creatin, 1 cup oats, 1 apple

Gym 7:00

Meal 8:30 1 Nitrean Protein Shake, 1 banana raw

Lunch 12:00 Tuna sandwich/ cup Almonds

3:00 Nitrean Protein shake 2 serving of natty pb/1/2 cup almonds

Dinner around 6: 2 skinless chicken breast/Potato

Before bed around 9: 1 tablespoon olive oil, cup cottage cheese, Glass of skim milk

Calories:3866 Fat:165 Carbs:284 Protien:336

much much better. Just make sure you get some veggies in there.
