my new diet will consist of 6 meals a day , 750 calories each meal.
can you hook this dude up with some recipes, shakes, whatever you got!
post the # of cals in it also if you can

Here are some of my recent meals:
Modified version of my breakfast shake:
12 oz 2% milk
1 scoop whey
.75 cup oats
1 banana
16 g natty PB
740 cals, 21 fat, 92 carb, 50 protein
8 oz chicken breast
1 large sweet potato
1 cup brocoli
16 oz 2% milk
3 fish oil caps
732 cals, 19 fat, 71 carb, 69 protein
4 oz (dry) whole wheat pasta
1 can tuna
1 tablespoon olive oil
.25 cup lowfat shredded cheese
750 cals, 22 fat, 85 carb, 57 protein

thanks for that. When you buy oats what kind do you get? I have never eaten oats so i don't know even if they are supposed to be cooked or whatnot.

I just get a big tub of Quaker Oats. Throw them in the shake raw, grind them and drink, no need to cook them.
I do cook them with milk sometimes too, throw in some cinnamon, a packet of equal and some sliced almonds on top.
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Skim Milk
2 Table Spoons Honey
Mix in a bowl
And 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey in a cup of OJ to drink.
725 Calories or so.

I added in a tbsp of natty pb for taste... this rocks...
and did the whey in milk not OJ....
