Please tell me if anything is wrong with my pre workout meal.

1 hour before
1 Small thing of fat free yogurt
1 banana
protien shake

30 min before
creatine drink (it has 32 grams of sugar and 32 grams of carbs in it)
I eat this at work before i get home so it has to be simple.

If it keeps you energized throughout your workout, and doesn't make you sick, then it's fine.

Depends on how much sugar you're aiming to consume in a given day.

I would say, for workout purposes only, that if you're not having a glycemic crash halfway through your workout, then you're probably fine.
