I'm contemplating having my first 3 meals as shakes that consist of:

Raw Oats
Skim Milk
Pasturised(sp) Egg Whites
Peanuts

Followed by two 'meals' and then a pre-bed casein shake. I'm just concerned about eating 'whole foods.' Can I assume that these 3 shakes could be considered 'whole?'

Thanks in advance.

Chasey's journal is an awesome reference. I did the liquid diet thing for a few weeks, out of convienence more than anything. I'd MUCH rather chew.

Ah, that's pretty cool right there. My appetite is shot right now, and I can't afford to lose any more weight.

Also, am I reading this right, 6000 cals and... cutting? Daaaamn.

i guess if you have trouble getting the food down shakes are the whey (haha, bet that's never been done before) to go. But it'd probably be cheaper/tastier/more satiating to eat real food.

I did an all liquid bulk ast year and my cut for the last 5 months and for the next couple of months is more or less liqud based with 2 solid meals. I dnt mind being hungry or full and prefer liquads its easier for me to get what i need
