Whats the best way to cook veggies on a foreman girll? I'm in a dorm and dont have access to a stove. Currently I just throw some brocoli on there and put some pepper on it, tastes ok, nothing special. Anyone have any other ideas?

grilled squash, zucchini, or eggplant would be great grilled with a little olive oil on a foreman. You can grill up some sliced sweetpotato also.

Get some Montreal Steak seasoning and throw that on top of any kind of veggies and it will taste great.
