I've been reading other people's journal and I was think I should start one. So what the hey, I will. But for now I'm resting until I'm back in shape to go to the gym and then I'll start posting. This would probably take 1-2 more days.

Today I got back to it. I was surprised I didn't lose much weight nor strength, but it went down. Today I did:
10min jog/running warm-up
strecthing
Back Sqaut: 5*1-3
135*3
225*1
245*2
225*3
135*3
Deadlift: 5*1-3 [Today I stopped at 2 sets my back gave out but I was still happy]
315*1
325*1
Chin-ups: 1*20
Bodyweight
Bench 2*8
135*8
135*8
Clean & Push Press: 2*5
80*5
Did 5min walk and some last minute strecthing and went home.
