You look a lot thicker around the obliques and in general.
I'd certainly be happy with that progress in the time given.
Congrats

Abs are definately improving, you could tell in the first pic that your obliques were lacking. Good work, keep it up!

Well, the poses aren't the same and the camera distance is different so its hard to tell, but the back looks bigger in the second pic.

I'd agree the back looks bigger from what you can see. Has your weight increased?
I wouldnt worry about abs or obliques, not that you mentioned it, as Im guessing you are bulking anyhow?
I can see progress, stick with it man

Ren - Thanks dude.
Ruffian - Thank you, I've neglected any direct ab work and I think It may be time to add something in.
Drew - Thanks man, yeah - I'll try and get a snap up of the same pose and distance.
Mik - thank you sir.
1r15h - Heh, I've never seen them before so I'm not that worried about them - I just really want a stronger core. I guess I've only really gained 2-3lbs.
p0tential - Yeah, chest has been my weakest point.
GF - Thanks mate :D
Brickt. - Heh, I'll stays on my sides of the Island, you stays on your sides. Thanks b.

Lats are bigger!
Delts are bigger!
You look thicker and more filled in.
I know it's slow, but it's showing. Really!
The pec area looks a little more filled in too, but I can see it's a part that's going to need more and more attention. Don't get discouraged - it's coming!
Keep eating!!!

Built - Thank you very much fair lady ;) I will eat. Must eat.
Brickt. - Daily diet is mostly 4-5 Risk shakes, and 4+ meals of 600-700 cals (mostly steaks, vegtables, salmon/brim, cheese/almonds/peanuts etc.)
BigEric - Indeed sir!

Thats the back of a deadlifter no doubt! am i right?...
Great thickness going on, lats look as though they are lacking a bit. Have you tried db rows? they helped my lats out quite a bit.
Everything else looks awsome, keep it up :)

Brickt. - Yeah I know man, my spinal erectors are all confused about themselves. They wanted to grow up with hips.
Big-Andy - I'd like to think I'm fairly strong with deads, I havn't maxed out yet because I don't have enough plates around. I'll look into DB rows as a replacement for T-Bars, and see how I go. Thanks man.
Nice back man! and shoulders are looking awesome too. I see some great progress, and good job with the low/no fat gain.
looks like you're gaining some weight. keep eating and lifting big.
