Here's some pics I took after today's workout. Loaded and pumped.

The angles are slightly off. I'm still working on lighting and angles. I'll get my gf to take some better ones next time.

Just a tip when you do a rear lat spread don't bow your head like that. Keep your head fully up. And stand straight.

nice overall size, yea second lat spread looks much better.

I'd say your legs are your greatest part of your body, keep it up man.

What BF% you at?

Im similar to you (5'10 about 180 and 13-15% BF) and thinking about cutting down with UD2.0 soon...

I think I'm somewhere around 14-15%, but I haven't ever had it checked. I probably won't until I'm a lot closer to being ripped, heh.

Good luck if you decide to go with UD2.0, the low carb/low calorie part of the cycle is really mentally challenging, and the depletion workouts really suck until your body gets used to the intensity.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I'm going to take pics every weekend, and post them up in a side by side comparison in a few weeks so the progress is more noticable.
