im 5'9 at 150lbs. Still go to high school as a soph. just started lifting for real now cuz my coaches always raggin on me cuz of my skinny frame. Im lean i believe and want to get bigger, so i can compete with other big kids. I usually bring two ham+cheese sandwiches. (2 slice ham, one slice cheese) with water bottle, granola bar, and social tea crackers(11 crackers)about. This morn i had slice of cheese, pb sandwich, milk, bagel with cream cheese. Then i came home had 3 chickens, with rice. Later i had two slices of ham that we had two nights ago. Recently just had 2 pb sandwiches, granola bar, and 2 glasses of milk.
Im pretty sure online it said to maintain my weight i needed about 2500 calories. Is this meal i had today about 3000cals

Why don't you figure out how many calories you really ate?

As a sophmore in HS, focus on learning how to train, and just eat what you eat, making sure you get plenty of protein and lots of fruits and veggies.

2500 cals @ 150? seems kinda high but I guess it'll boost your goals a little bit.

I'm 155 and anything less than 3500kcal a day and I lose weight.

And I'm a lazy student who sits on his ass all day so I'm definately not burning calories through exercise.
