im 5'9 at 150lbs. Still go to high school as a soph. just started lifting for real now cuz my coaches always raggin on me cuz of my skinny frame. Im lean i believe and want to get bigger, so i can compete with other big kids. I usually bring two ham+cheese sandwiches. (2 slice ham, one slice cheese) with water bottle, granola bar, and social tea crackers(11 crackers)about. This morn i had slice of cheese, pb sandwich, milk, bagel with cream cheese. Then i came home had 3 chickens, with rice. Later i had two slices of ham that we had two nights ago. Recently just had 2 pb sandwiches, granola bar, and 2 glasses of milk.
Im pretty sure online it said to maintain my weight i needed about 2500 calories. Is this meal i had today about 3000cals
