worked on arms today:

curls:
3 sets of 6 @ 50lbs (added 20 lbs in a little over two weeks)
delt raises
3 sets of 8 2 70 lbs (added 30 lbs in a little over two weeks)
skull crushers
3 sets of 6 @ 40 lbs (just starting skull crushers, used to do triceps pushdowns @ 90lbs when i had gym membership)

about adding weight; just getting back into my routine, after taking five months off, due to financial and emotional reasons.

breakfast ;
4 large eggs 280 cals
two slices bread 160 cals
milk 120 cals = 560 calories total

lunch
12 oz ronco thin spaghetti 1260 cals
can green giant mushrooms (mixed with spaghetti) 90 cals
ice water
1350 calories total

snack
two slices pork 360 calories
two slices bread 160 calories
chocolate milk 160 calories
680 calories total

dinner (7:00)
two chopped ham sandwiches (with cheese, no mayo) 720 calories
slice of pork 180 calories
ice water
900 calories total

snack

two hamburgers, ketchup, no bread, no cheese
210 calories
ice water
210 calories total

3710 calories over 5 meals; might eat more if i get hungry again. :burger:

i would, but im lookin for a job and most places down here test as part of the interview process *sighs* i been hella stressed lately too..lol

Whats the rest of your routine like?

monday chest
bench 3 sets of 5 @ 110 lbs
decline dumbbell flyes 3 sets of 6 @ 35lb
incline dumbbell flyes 3 sets of 6 @ 35lb

tuesday mma class, work on everything from san shou and boxing to greco and bjj 8-10pm

wendsday back
dumbbell shrugs 3 sets of 8 @ 50lb
chinups 1 set of 10-12 (bodweight 150lbs)
deadlifts 3 sets of 5 @ 190lbs

thursday mma

friday arms

saturday legs
lunges 3 sets of 12 @70lbs
squats 3 sets of 5 @ 90 lbs (hate doing squats)
lying leg curl 3 sets of 7 2 60 lbs

sunday rest/ eat

new routine, trying to focus on mass, in past focused on power and strength

current: 150lbs, 15-20 percent bodyfat (up from 145lbs three weeks ago)

short term goal:

165 lbs, between 10-15 percent bodyfat

long term:

between 190-205 lbs, 4-6 percent bodyfat

i've lifted on and off since i was about 14, mainly for sports, this is the first time ive done a serious bulk. right now i'm just looking for noticeable size gains.
