cook your chicken ... is THAT what the kids are calling it these days ...
Well, it depends. If it's bone-in, I poach them. Bring broth to a boil (chicken stock, onions, spices, lemon, soy, whatever)
Drop in chicken, bring it back to a boil, cover, drop the heat down to low and leave 'em alone. Turn the heat off in 20 minutes. Retrieve 'em when the pot cools off.

I buy tyson boneless chicken breast and marinade them and then grill them. You can grill quite a bit at a time and store them in the frig. Sometimes if they are big i'll cut the in half, thickness wise.

I drop 5 lbs of chicken in a crock-pot, dump a couple cans of chicken broth in; and let it cook for about 10 hours on Sunday.

I slice it into nice little strips, marinate it Frank's hot sauce, garlic, and some blk pepper. Bake em' for 15mins or so.
if i'm feeling lazy i'll poach them with osme ginger garlic, green onions and soy sauce
if i feel kinda not lazy i'll slice them up and stir fry them with the same stuff
if i feel like doing something i'll marinate them in some orange juice, lemons, garlic, and onions... mmmm pollo asado

I fire up my grill and cook them, even in the winter (as long as its not snowing...too hard)
