Pistols are so hard haha. I think I'd have to stretch for 2-3 months just to get the flexibility to do those.

If you can squat deep with good form you can do em, the balance is the hard part.

ACTUALLY, a true pistol has the leg fuly extended at all times so it doz take flexibility

ACTUALLY, a true pistol has the leg fuly extended at all times so it doz take flexibility

I know, I've performed them many times and the flexibility gained/needed to perform deep squats was sufficient. Then again, everyone is built differently.

I agree with above, which is why I encouraged a minimum count before access to this forum.

I concur on both accounts. This board is getting filled with A) people pulling random photos/videos off the net, or B) people looking for an "E" blowjob. Either way, it gets annoying and wastes space.

I bet they make your shins sore too from hitting them on that bar. Anyway, keep on working out, but dont think there are alot of people using only BW on this site. (by that i mean there are prob. none.)
I didn't hit my shins maybe if I did them fast I would have but they were slow and controlled 195 lb Row is definitly not light..You would need 4 45 lb plates on a T-bar row to match that.

Sure but most don't post near this many.
true I do make alot of threads, but but you notice me so much because this is a very small forum.
Out of the 15,712 members there are only around 100 on at one time and only 2/3 of them make threads. other forums I write on there are 140505 mumbers and 300 of them active. most make threads

I appreciate what you're doing. Any perspective to training theory that's different to mine I appreciate. Especially one where the method is demonstrated. At 230lbs, though I'm sure my rep range will be quite limited, it does give me some new ideas, with respect to my own regimen.

It boils down to motive and right now people view your motive as fishing for compliments. Your vids have been impressive. They'd be even more impressive if you contributed to the site, answered questions, etc. People are more apt to be supportive when they feel like they know someone. Know what I mean?

I know what you mean I will but I don't answer questions or give people suggestions when threads have gone on to 2 to 3 pages it feels like i'm repeating what everyone else said.

That means 23% of the members here care about your videos... so why are you still posting them?

(I personally like them to be honest, but at least keep them in one thread)

I think your videos have been kind of cool; I've watched a few. I think I'd suggest that you post them all within one thread, which has a few benefits. One, all of your stuff will be in one place. Two, you can post as many cool or inane videos as you want, and anyone who bitches is going to obviously in the wrong. To you it seems like not much goes on in the pictures section, but most of us are used to it being that way. It does make it seem as though you're fishing for attention; I think putting everything in your own thread would solve a couple of problems, that one not the least.

You should make one thread and post your videos there. I've watched some of them and I was pretty impressed. Try and contribute to the site more too.

Actually, I like them! I won't be doing any of them anytime soon, but they're all right. You could avoid a lot of criticism if you just kept everything in a single thread rather than making every other thread in the Members Pic forum one of your own...

its a row your getting a back workout

you said they make your upper traps sore.. guess why?

Because they work more towards your delts and traps. You may get a little back work in there, but because of the ANGLE you're at, you aren't hitting back primarily. It's like doing a seated row and pulling to your chin/neck. That's rear delts bro.

Your Trapezius is a back muscle, so are your Rhomboids.

In the Vid I wasn't pulling to my chin I was pulling to my chest

this is the motion I was doing just flipped over.

you're ******ed and are totally missing my point.

I saw where you were pulling to, it was your upper chest.

When doing bent over rows with a barbell, or dumbbell, or if you're doing cable rows, you always pull to your belly therefore hitting more of your lattisimus dorsi and rhomboids. The higher on your body you pull to, the more UPPPER back muscles it will use, namely traps and delts.

I never negated the fact you're working back, I just said you're getting little backwork in because of that angle.

Hell, no wonder you aren't big, not only do you not know how to lift, you know nothing about anatamy as well.

 I want to be just like you when I grow up

First, Rows aren't my only back workout. Thats why I want them to hit higher.
I have other Exercises for the other parts of my back. Every T-Bar Row I been on is set up so you bring it to your chest. When I row I don't row with my elbows to my side I row with them up and out.
