Hello, i'm about 5'11" and weight about 178. I have been off and on a bulk (for the last 2 months). I'm not "skinny" but I'd like to get much bigger. I go to the gym 3 times a wk. doing arms/abs, chest/abs, legs/back. I don't do all that much cardio. My dilema is that I have kinda a pouch for a stomach that I'd really like to get rid of (gets really big when i eat a lot). I know cardio will get rid of this but I keep reading that cardio kills any work you do to get bigger and gain muscle...what am i to do? I appreciate the help.
