Is there any shakes you guys and girls consume when cutting?

The most common will be protein powder and water. There is no excitement here.

I prefer to chew my food on a cut. It's up to you.

Great advice for people who have issues with hunger while dieting (up the healthy fats, protein, and fiber).

I used to agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment of chewing my food as a better measure of satiation. However, with the appetite suppression afforded by the EC stack, I find that I can feel just as satiated with a protein shake. I also save money and I know for sure that I am getting good quality protein as a major part of my nutrient intake.

Dieting is just ridiculously easy with the low-calorie foods available today coupled with EC.
