So anyone else use it? I heard it is the best thing around for burning fat! Im giving it a go, but only been using it for a few days, so i can't really comment on any noticable results obviously :p

Um, not particularly good for fat loss, but it IS full of fiber.
It does have SOME flax oil, but fish oil is a far superior way to get in your Omega 3.
alot of us here take flaxseed oil
not sure about the fat burning part but its an awesome source of fatty acids

oh ok, my bad :P yeah im taking just like the flaxseed itself in a bag, it doesn't taste so bad now that i'm getting used to it...

Bear in mind that the seeds are practically indigestible and for you to derive the benefits of the Omega-3s from them you will have to grind them.

Weight loss occurs during a calorie deficit. Taking flax will not effect weight loss. If you end up increasing your daily calorie intake by adding the flax, it will slow weight loss.
