Hey all !!
I started using Fitday.com as I have seen it suggested in many posts. I wanted to get some feedback as tomorrow will be 1 week. The reason I'm posting it today, is that tomorrow is shopping day as well, so I wanted to get as many responses as I could.

A few notes:
-I ate a LOT of tuna, due to the fact I ran out of chicken and was broke until this week.
-I DO take a multi-vitamin daily
-I included my leg workout on my journal for tomorrow (9th) so that I can get feedback on it. My diet tomorrow won't vary much from what I ate through the week.
-I've been dieting and working out for a few weeks now, but only recently documented.
- I have actually GAINED 3 pounds, but I had to carve an extra hole in the belt to pull it tighter AND I fit into the "old" jeans again =o)

I eat 5-6 times/day (roughly every 2.5 - 3 hours)
