Could eating burritos every day be bad for me?
I eat at least two a day for breakfast because their easy to prepare, along with some other stuff.
One burrito has 220 calories, 6 g fat, 5 mg chol (1% dv) and 7 g protein. They are high in sodium though (460 mg 19% dv).
Looking at the nutrition facts they dont look to bad, but what do I know.
Are they ok to eat every day?

As long as you're lifting and/or exercising hard, chow down.

I would hope that's not your entire breakfast. What's the trans fat content in those burritos?

Theres no trans fat in them at all.
I also have a couple glasses of milk and if I'm still hungry, some oats or something.

the only way to answer this question is if you provide your entire diet. as of now two burritos could either be terrible or great depending on how your macros work out.

Its just a plain old bean and cheese burrito. I was just wondering if eating something like this every single day would be healthy.

A burrito with lean ground beef, tomatos, lettuce, beans and a low carb tortilla wrap sounds kickass for a clean bulk meal. Ha, thanks for the idea. I'll remember that for future reference :cool:
