How do you feel about this? I've gained 10.5 pounds in one week and my diet has been the exact same as normal. the only thing I can attribute the weight gain to is that i was gettin home late a lot so just about every night I was eating dinner after 8. And I get hungry easily so unless I went to sleep right away somehow i'd find myself back in the kitchen eating again. So including weight gain, what are the pros(if any)/cons of eating late at night. I didn't think it would be too bad because I remember reading a while ago a lot of people were recommending to get your daily protein intake to have a shake before you go to sleep.
